  • Are your ingredients in your formulations 100% natural?

    • We only use natural or nature derived organically grown ingredients in our formulations, which include powerful supercritical extracts, concentrates, oils, tinctures, waters, waxes, butters, fruit acids, minerals, clays & more . 

 

  • Do you test your product on animals?

    • We are 100% cruelty free, which means we do not test on animals. We do test our products on ever-willing friends and family members.

 

  • What is the shelf life of your products?

    • As there are no harmful chemicals in our products, shelf life ranges anywhere from 9 to 12 months. Water based beauty formulations have the presence of organic & plant based preservatives. Refer to the individual label to know more about the best before date. 

 

  • Can I return a product?

    • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns, however if you believe your product is faulty, please contact us and we assure you we will look into this for you.

 

  • I have had a reaction to the product, can I get a refund?

    • Everyone’s  skin is different so reactions may vary. Responsibility is on the customer to check ingredients for potential allergies prior to purchase. We are unable to accept returns or process refunds due to skin conditions or unexpected allergic reactions. Please be sure to always read the full ingredients list, suitability information and directions of use on the product description before placing your order.

 

  • I have some questions about your products, how can I find out more?

 

  • Why should I patch test before using my rasā product?

    • Patch tests are used to determine how your skin reacts to a product. It is important to patch test before introducing a new product to your routine as skin is unique, something that is fine for one person could be highly irritating to another.

 

  • How should I patch test my rasā product?

    • Leave on products: Apply a small amount of product to a clean area of skin - we recommend the inside of your elbow. Keep the area dry and assess after 24 hours. If any irritation, burning, itching or redness occurs during the test, do not continue to use the product. If you have very sensitive skin, we recommend patch testing new products as outlined above for several days before using it on the intended body part. Although patch testing is a good indication of how your skin initially reacts to a product, it doesn’t guarantee that you will not get a reaction when applying the product to other areas of the body or after continuous use. Patch testing cannot diagnose contact dermatitis or hypersensitivity. Speak to your dermatologist if you are concerned about the above. 

 

  • I’m conscious about doing my bit for the environment – how can I recycle my empty packaging?

    • We are conscious about limiting the waste our packaging generates, you might not find our products coming to you in a fancy looking box that will eventually find its way to a landfill. Most of our beauty & wellness products come in glass bottles that can be washed & reused or you can send your empty glass bottles back to us for free (via reverse pickup) and we will incorporate those in our circular recycling, where they will be sterilised & reused to bottle the same products, this helps us avoid the energy intensive recycling process entirely. If you wish to opt for this option, then please write to us at hello@rasabeauty.com & we shall be happy to organise the return pickup. The shredded filler paper in your beauty packaging can be put into your garden or pot as they are fully compostable. The paper bags are biodegradable & can be disposed in your paper recyclers. 

 

  • How do I cancel my order?

    • If you do want to cancel your transaction, please notify us immediately! We move quickly , so we request that you contact us within 2 hours of your purchase if you need to cancel for any reason.
