Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING, EXCHANGES & RETURN POLICY 

 

rasā beauty and wellness guarantees the delivery of products to the address provided at the time of purchase. If the customer fails to provide the correct address at the time of purchase, Rasa beauty and wellness will not be held liable or required to issue a refund for lost packages. Please make sure you enter the correct address before hitting 'submit'. If your package is returned to us for various reasons, Rasa beauty and wellness will contact you to set up a re-delivery. Additional shipping & handling costs may be applied. 

 

If your package has been marked 'DELIVERED,' but you have yet to receive it within 7 days, please email hello@rasabeauty.com   

 

Our logistics partners assure us of domestic deliveries within 7 days of purchase & payment and international deliveries within 30 days.  

However, some delays are beyond our control and it is possible that your package might take longer to arrive if you are in a remote location, if that happens please email us at hello@rasabeauty.com with your order details & we will look into it for you.  

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS  

 
The recipient of the package must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of India may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees from the respective countries. All additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient, not rasa beauty and wellness. Since customs policies vary from country to country, please contact your local customs office for more information. 
 
International packages marked 'Delivered' in the destination country could we waiting at customs to be picked up. Customs will notify you if additional fees are required. 

 

EXCHANGE POLICY 

 
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds on opened or used products. Results may vary and are not guaranteed.  

 

If you receive your products damaged and/or are missing any products in your order, please be sure to email hello@rasabeauty.com  within 7-10 days of delivery.  

 

Human error occurs! If you received the wrong item(s), please email hello@rasabeauty.com  and we'll make it right!  

 

Orders are processed within 12-24 business hours. Once your order has been marked as 'shipped,' we are no longer able to make any changes to your shipping address or order.  

 

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?  

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns, however if you believe your product is faulty, please contact us and we assure you we will look into this for you. 

 

I HAVE HAD A REACTION TO THE BEAUTY PRODUCT, CAN I GET A REFUND?  

Everyone’s  skin is different so reactions may vary. Responsibility is on the customer to check ingredients for potential allergies prior to purchase. We are unable to accept returns or process refunds due to skin conditions or unexpected allergic reactions. Please be sure to always read the full ingredients list, suitability information and directions of use on the product description before placing your order. 

 

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?  

If you do want to cancel your transaction, please notify us immediately! Write on us at hello@rasabeauty.com with your order details. We move quickly , so we request that you contact us within 2 hours of your purchase if you need to cancel for any reason & we shall organise a refund via your original mode of payment within 48 hours. However, you will not be able to cancel your order once the time limit of 2 hours has passed from the time you made your purchase.
