When I started researching clean beauty, saffron kept appearing — in ancient Ayurvedic texts, in modern clinical studies, in my grandmother's kitchen rituals. How to use Cāru

1 Cleanse

Remove the day with Mrjā cleansing paste or your preferred Rasa cleanser.

2 Mist

Apply Rosa Damascena hydrosol to damp skin. This is an essential step as it primes your skin to receive the oil.

3 Apply Cāru

Warm 3–4 drops between your palms. Press gently into face and neck. Do not rub.

4 Protect
