Why I made this

Cāru was the first product I made for myself. It still is.

When I started researching clean beauty, saffron kept appearing — in ancient Ayurvedic texts, in modern clinical studies, in my grandmother's kitchen rituals. The more I understood about supercritical extraction, the more I understood why. This method preserves what heat and solvents destroy.
